Total Body Circuit

  • TBC circuits works in 40 second intervals of exercise, followed by 20 seconds of rest. This class is a high volume (reps), low resistance (weight) workout with short rest intervals and is geared mainly at improving muscle tone and definition, while improving cardiovascular fitness.

Hardcore ‘n More Cardio

  • Cardio/core intervals works in 50 second intervals of exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, will be mixed in with resistance moves that will tone and sculpt your body. Focuses on moves that require stability and will engage your core muscles.





  • Tabata is a highly efficient method to achieve maximum results by helping you burn fat and build muscles. Tabata training works in 20 second intervals of high intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, and repeated eight times for a total of four minutes.




Warrior Challenge

  • A box of chocolates–you never know what you’re gonna get!

  • Number of reps to do per round ( 3 rounds) and option to increase weight as you go

  • 40/20 seconds of rest between moves

  • EMOM workouts (every minute on the minute, you’ll do a certain number of an exercise move, then either rest for the rest of that minute or do a different move)

  • Alternating two moves for 30 seconds each, several rounds

  • A mix of compound and isolation movements
